Shipping within the United States

All of our jewelry is handmade and at times made to order. We only deliver by insured shipping through USPS, Fedex or UPS. Made to order designs can take 6 weeks + to complete at this time, this does not include the actual shipping time. There is always a signature required with delivery. We offer free standard shipping within the US. 

 

Shipping outside the United States

Please contact us directly for International shipping options.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your item in new condition with its original packaging within 10 business days of receiving it. We will provide a full refund in the form of store credit once the item has been inspected and reintegrated into our inventory.

Please contact us before returning any items so that we can provide you with a return item code to include in the package.

In special circumstances where a refund is requested instead of an exchange and agreed upon, please note that the refund amount will be calculated after deducting any applicable processing fees, restocking fees, and taxes that cannot be retrieved from the refund amount.
