Send us an email to schedule an appointment for a specific day and time, especially if you are traveling from out of town.
Do you offer private consultations for custom jewelry design at your gallery?
We offer in person and virtual consultation appointments for custom design. Send us an email to request a consultation meeting.
Are there any unique or one-of-a-kind pieces that are only available in-store?
Yes, we do have designs that are not on the website and only available at our gallery.
What are the operating hours and location of your gallery?
We are located in downtown Burlington at 101 Church Street, the premier shopping destination in Vermont! Our hours change seasonally, check the visit us/contact us page for current hours.
How can I determine my ring size accurately at home?
We will send a free set of ring sizers to you to keep for determining your size. Send us an email to request a ring sizing set.
Do you offer resizing services for all types of jewelry?
We offer resizing and repair of Raintree jewelry. Generally at no cost. Send us an email with your sizing repair/request and we can go over your individual needs and let you know about any service or shipping costs if applicable.

What are your shipping options, and how long does delivery take?
For orders under $1500
We offer free domestic standard shipping (2 to 4 days travel). Express shipping can be purchased for $30
For orders over $1500
We offer free domestic express shipping (1 to 2 days travel)
How can I track my order once it's shipped?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your shipping label has been created.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, but not through our website. International orders must be handled by us directly through email and phone.

Can I bring my jewelry in for regular maintenance?
Sure! While we don't clean or polish jewelry on the spot, we do offer a convenient drop-off service that takes around 2 to 5 days completely free for Raintree jewelry!

Our repair services are exclusive to Raintree jewelry. Feel free to contact us for any repair or restoration needs you may have. We’re here to help!
